Tar and Chip Surface Dressing Drives, Paths and Car Parks

Gravel driveways in naturally coloured stone.

Surface dressing is a durable natural finish that can transform an ugly cracked concrete driveway, path and larger areas such as car-parks.
Often resurfacing can be carried out without the need for costly excavation work as damaged surfaces can be repaired or levelled using asphalt prior to the tar and chip process.

A polymer reinforced K170 grade liquid bitumen is sprayed hot onto a sound (concrete or Tarmac) surface using a tanker or motorised pump (for smaller domestic drives and pathways) then dressed with the stone of choice.
Popular choices are gray granite chippings (mainly car parks and industrial usage) and a 6mm sized, washed golden gravel which gives a beautiful, natural looking appearance in both town or rural environments.
